ACL Surgery - Sunday, June 10, 2007 12:30 PM
I just had ACL surgery done on my right knee.

I had cartilage repair I have a lot of arthritis and I have bone on bone of the knee.

I have not spoken to the surgeon as i was still out of it after the operation.
I will see him on the 14th.

Can any one give me some idea of what they went through to get back in shape.

I still have about 2 inches swelling bigger then my left knee and I can only bend it back about 3/4 of the way now.
I have been stretching for about 5 days and I seem to be picking up a inch each day on the stretching.
I hear all different time that I can get back to normal.
I am hoping to be on the tennis courts in the next two weeks?????????

Thanks for different stories about this kind of a operation and recovery
