if you are doing your own returns and don't know who is your local tax collector or the rate, check out this link
http://munstatspa.dced.state.pa.us/Registers.aspx
Enter your township name or if you want, your county (you will need to add "county")
make sure the first line Earned Income Tax is choosen
click on view report
then click on view register
make sure its the right township and county - there can be more than one township with the same name.
the report will show the township and School district tax amounts plus the total. if you click on the little + next to the collectors name you will get a mailing address.
if you are not sure what township you are in you can use this

enter you address
click on "find municipality"
then click on view report
